If you are accessing CenterSpan through the Microsoft Internet Explorer Web browser, you may see an error message displayed on the site when you enter your password. If you are accessing CenterSpan in frames mode, the message will appear in the main (right-hand) panel.
If you see this message, click on the REFRESH icon on your browser's top bar. This will reload the site and bring you back to the CenterSpan home page. You will not need to re-enter your password, as it has already been accepted. If you opt to store your password, you will not see this error message again.
This error message will not otherwise interfere with your access or use of the CenterSpan site.
