Questions About Your Password?

Access to CenterSpan is a free privilege for all members of the American Society of Transplantation (AST) and American Society of Transplant Surgeons (ASTS). Members of these Societies may use the same username and password combination that works for the AST or ASTS home page to enter CenterSpan.

If you are a member of both AST and ASTS:
Only one of your username/password sets will work in CenterSpan. Try one and, if it fails, use the other.

If you have lost track of your username or password:
Contact the Central Office of your Society. While we encourage you to request confirmation by whatever means you find convenient, security policies of both AST and ASTS require us to send confirmation by postal mail or to your e-mail address on record with the Society.

If you consider your password cumbersome:
The eight-character password originally issued to you by AST or ASTS is a computer-generated random set of characters. It is good for preventing others from guessing your password; however, it is also hard to remember. You can change your password to something more convenient; however, you should know that only you will know the new password. If you forget it, our staff cannot recover it for you; we can only reset your account to the originally issued password.
