Abstracts are being sought for two forthcoming transplant meetings.
The American Society of Transplant Surgeons and the American Society of Transplantation are seeking abstracts for the first joint transplant meeting of the two societies, to be held May 13-17 in Chicago. "Transplant 2000 is designed for physicians, surgeons, nurses, scientists, and organ procurement personnel who are interested in the clinical and research science of solid and organ and tissue transplantation," the societies say at their websites. The deadlines are December 6 for paper abstracts and December 13 for electronic submissions.
